During the Mesolithic period (10,000 – 8,000 BCE), a significant technological advancement can be seen in the production of smaller tools known as ‘Microliths.’
This microlith was found near Godavarikhani, Peddapalli Dist. Telangana.
This is a piece of microlith, trapeze blade, with triangular flaking on one side and plain surface on the other, made up of Chert. It’s a flake tool, with its flaking visible on one side.
