Group Show by Telugu World Artists Art Society
17th Apr
A five-day group exhibition showcasing a variety of artistic styles was conducted. Established masters like Teevee (T. Venkat Rao) and Thota Vaikuntam along with young talents participated.
Exhibition features works by Andhra Pradesh and Telangana artists and includes abstract, landscapes, nature scenes, human figures, devotional pieces, or even nudes.

Eminent artist Sri S.V. Rama Rao (Padma Shri Awardee) inaugurated the exhibition, emphasizing the importance of nurturing young talent and was also gracious enough to draw the beautiful piece as a gift to the gallery.

A vibrant art exhibition got the spotlight on local talent from Machilipatnam. The three-day show featured works by budding artists from the Machilipatnam art school, alongside established painter Mohan Krishna.

In association with Vijayawada Art Academy a six-day group art show was organized. Around 30 artists showcased their artworks in various mediums. The exhibition featured both traditional and modern styles and offered glimpses into the artists emotions and perspectives on life.

Showcased women artists in association with Telugu World Artists Art Society (TWAAS) in a Women Artists Group Show. This exhibition explores 42 women artists with masterpieces from their collection. Works focussed on nature and human life.

Art Beyond Boundaries

A three-day artist camp brought together 12 renowned artists from Telangana to celebrate the universality of art and showcase the power of artists to transcend borders. Jointly organized by M/s BSR Infratech India Ltd. and Srinivasa Hatcheries at our Cultural Center. The proceeds from the art sales, a remarkable Rs. 12 lakhs, were donated to support the development of Amaravati, the new capital city of Andhra Pradesh.
Art Residency by Ms. Jeong JA Seo

Three-day art residency program of Ms. Jeongja Seo, a renowned artist from the Korean Fine Arts Association was held. This initiative marks the beginning of cultural exchange between the CCVA and the Korean Fine Arts Association. Ms. Seo's visit is the first step in this exciting collaboration, paving the way for future opportunities for artists from both Andhra Pradesh and Korea.

Three day Handicrafts Exhibition by Dwcra Women in association with NABARD, Meenakshi Arts & Crafts welfare Society and Veeramma Talli Agriculture SHG Women Arts and Crafts producers company was organised. Variety of handicrafts such as paper and clay jewelry, designs with coffee powder, lacquer ware, Jute bags, embroidery, needle work, glass art, wall hangings, decorative table tops, and ornamental gift items were on display.
Scrap Sculpture Camp

The camp was sponsored by the Vijayawada Municipal Corporation (VMC) at the Vehicle Depot, Vijayawada and had a participation of 28 Artists from various places of India. Scrap sculptures representing birds, animals and geometrical patterns were created in good numbers.

An Art camp-cum-training class for school children was conducted in association with Visva Bharati University, Santiniketan, West Bengal. The school children received artistic guidance from Visalakshi Dass and Gautam Paul, who addressed the students needs to discover their creativity in basic drawing, painting and craft making.

Artist Redon Satyam of the Carla Arts Welfare Society, was the first man in Andhra Pradesh to hold a blindfold art show at CCVA. Eleven of his abstract paintings were showcased which were inspired by French symbolist artist Odilon Redon.
