A vibrant Rama Pattabhishekam (Rama’s Coronation) unfolds in the painting. Ram and Sita are seated in a golden throne, and are being greeted by musicians, rishis, and disciples.
This miniature art depicts Rama and Sita seated regally, crowned and garlanded, with Hanuman reverently bowing at their feet. Behind them, Lakshmana, Bharata, and Shatrughna stand with fly whisks, showcasing their devotion. The scene is further enriched by disciples, attendants, and an army of monkey warriors, along with the Saptarishis (Seven Sages) and female musicians, enhancing the celebratory atmosphere. Sugriva and Vibhishana are also present in this divine gathering.
