Two sets of Jain Chaumukha from the Rashtrakuta period were found. These sculptures depict Adinatha, Neminatha, Parswanatha and Vardhamana Mahavira of the Digambara sect, seated in padmasana, embodying deep meditation and reflecting the region’s Jain heritage.
Sensitised the villagers on the historicity of the sculptures and appealed to them to preserve them for posterity by relocating them to their original place on the Tollabanda.
